New Zealand-bred filly Ohope Wins (NZ) is by Ocean Park (NZ), out of the Redoute’s Choice mare, Choux Mania.
Originally trained in New Zealand by Lance O’Sullivan and Andrew Scott at Wexford Stables, the three-year-old filly quickly asserted herself as a Classic prospect with two dominant wins in the Gr.2 Sir Patrick Hogan Stakes and Gr.2 David & Karyn Ellis Fillies Classic.
In the Yulong silks, she went on to claim the Gr.1 New Zealand Oaks before moving across the Tasman to Chris Waller, becoming the fourth filly in history to claim the New Zealand/Australian Oaks double.
