Raised at Yulong, McWoody is a graduate of the Magic Millions Adelaide Yearling Sale, sold to Rikki McDonald Consulting for $27,500.
Trained in Victoria by J G Symons & S Laxon at Macedon Lodge, the colt made a winning debut before heading straight into Group company, adding a decisive victory in the Listed Port Adelaide Guineas.
