Miraval Rose is by foundation sire Grunt (NZ) out of the Zabeel (NZ) mare Gypsey Tucker. Bred and raised on farm, she was sold through the 2022 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale to Rohan Hughes/Graeme Begg Racing. A placegetter at-two, she came to form at-three winning the Promise Maiden P. before following it up with a second in the Gr.3 Thoroughbred Club S. Her most recent run was a strong win in the Listed Twilight Glow S.
