Winner number 16 for sire of the moment Tagaloa

Second season sire Tagaloa added his 16th winner on Wednesday when three-year-old filly Asiatic saluted at Kyneton for trainers Trent Busuttin and Natalie Young. The Yulong owned filly was having her second start. Asiatic is the third foal of Red Lily, a winning daughter of Redoute’s Choice who has already produced two winners by Yulong foundation sire Grunt. Tagaloa’s first-crop three-year-olds are hitting their stride this spring, with five Stakes performers over the past five weeks including Gr.3 Ethereal Stakes winner Spicy Lu and Gr.2 Fillies Classic victrix Salty Pearl.
