Clean Energy is a filly by Zoustar out of the Charge Forward mare, Solar Charged. She was a $2,600,000 purchase at the 2023 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale. Trained by the renowned Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott, she impressed with a stellar two-year-old campaign, securing victories in four races. Her success continued into her three-year-old season, where she claimed victory in the Gr.3 PKF Don Casboult Classic at Moonee Valley.
She is a full sister to Gr.1 Coolmore Stakes winner and Champion three-year-old filly Sunlight.
