Yulong Stud is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Landscape and Garden Manager.
To be successful, you must demonstrate:
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Sound knowledge of planting and plant identification, soil and grass types, hedge cutting and general gardening.
- Ability to design and develop landscaping around new and existing buildings.
- Ability to manage large areas of lawn and garden beds in good condition year-round.
- Irrigation maintenance and installation.
- Knowledge of water features and fountains (highly regarded but not necessary).
- Ability to maintain equipment to a high standard.
- Minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience in Horticulture.
- A current driver’s license.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to manage projects and drive results.
- Clear and developed communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent work ethic and can-do attitude.
Our properties are still in the process of being developed into show pieces and there are some exciting projects ahead to be involved in.
An attractive remuneration package is available for the successful candidate, dependant on experience.
