Her four-year-old season saw her kept to the sprinting distances where she claimed the Gr.3 Cockram S., ran second in the Gr.1 William Hill Classic and third in the Listed Bel Esprit S. She then went on to place a further two times at black-type level as a five-year-old mare, showcasing her soundness and longevity at elite sprinting level. Overall, Gregers raced 29 times, for six wins, five-second placings and four thirds, collecting a total of $902,850 in prize money. Gregers was later purchased by Yulong at the 2017 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale.
